1. General Introduction

These terms and conditions (referred to as "Terms" from here on) apply to the use of the cricx platform. By using the cricx website, mobile application or any of its services, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are intended for users based in Bangladesh and have been prepared in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. The cricx platform offers various gaming services including live casino, slots and sports betting. These Terms apply equally to all services.

If any user disagrees with any part of these Terms, they are requested not to use any cricx services. cricx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any updated version will take effect from the moment it is published on the website.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on cricx, the user must provide accurate and complete personal information. If the name, mobile number, date of birth or any other information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, cricx may suspend or close that account at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person creates more than one account, it will be treated as a direct breach of policy and all associated accounts may be closed. In such cases, cricx reserves the right to forfeit any funds held in those accounts.

2.3 Password Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential. The password should not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the cricx customer support team must be notified immediately.

2.4 Account Verification

For security purposes, cricx may request identity verification from a user at any time. This process may involve requesting a copy of a national identity card, passport or birth registration certificate. If verification documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years of age to use cricx services. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the services. cricx is firmly committed to keeping underage individuals away from gaming.

The following persons may not create an account on cricx:

• Anyone under the age of 21.
• Those whose accounts have previously been closed or against whom fraud allegations have been raised.
• Those who have voluntarily activated self-exclusion on cricx.
• cricx employees and their close relatives.

If age verification reveals that a user opened an account with a false age, all funds and bonuses held in that account will be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

cricx currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits are generally processed quickly; however, cricx is not responsible for any delays caused by technical issues.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Before a withdrawal is processed, the user may be required to verify their identity. If any bonus has been accepted, the associated wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal. The account requesting the withdrawal and the payment method must both be owned by the same person.

4.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions on cricx are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other foreign currency are not available.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, and a total wager of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be placed before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

cricx regularly offers various promotions such as weekly recharge bonuses, slot special offers and birthday rewards. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which will be clearly communicated at the time of claiming the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A promotion may not be claimed more than once unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, cricx may cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• A bonus is a matched benefit — it is not free cash.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play

cricx uses software from established game providers to ensure fairness in every game. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely independent and unpredictable.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cricx:

• Using bots, automated software or any form of artificial assistance.
• Claiming bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts.
• Exploiting any software bug in a game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the cricx platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded. cricx is not responsible for any losses on ongoing bets caused by internet connection disruptions.

7. Security and Identity Verification

cricx uses SSL encryption technology to protect users' information and funds. Identity verification may be requested at any time before a withdrawal or whenever required for security purposes.

For identity verification, a clear photo or scan of any one of the following documents must be submitted:

• National Identity Card (NID).
• Passport.
• Birth Registration Certificate (where applicable).

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by cricx

cricx may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is breached.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• If multiple accounts are operated.
• If the user does not cooperate with identity verification.
• If the account remains inactive indefinitely.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may close their account if they wish. To do so, they must contact cricx customer support directly. Any withdrawable funds remaining in the account must be withdrawn before closure.

9. Responsible Gaming

cricx believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed within limits. We want our users to play safely and responsibly.
